Refund policy

COFFEE

We handle each return on a case-by-case basis. 

We do not accept returns on coffee due to its perishable nature; however, we want you to be satisfied with your coffee selection. If you're not happy with the coffee you ordered, or received the wrong order, please contact us for a replacement bag within 21 days of your order date.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. It's no fun receiving anything but the item you ordered. We'll do everything we can to make it right!  

 

APPAREL & GEAR 

We want your new swag to look and feel just right. Please reach out to us within 21 days of your order date for return & exchange requests. All returned merchandise must be unused with all packaging contents. Contact us if you have any additional questions.

 

GIFT CARDS
