- Guatemala: Balancing sweetness, hints of Assam, Meyer lemon, lively acidity, and a very refined finish.
- Brazil: Rustic sweetness and bittersweet low tones that are accented by notes of sticky malt syrup, dried peach, date/nut bars, and cacao.
- Ethiopia: Fruit salad, red raspberry, strawberry, honeydew melon, mango, papaya, rue herb, fruit-florals, baking spice, and a hint of Earl Grey tea.
