  • Guatemala Chimaltenango Tecpan: Bittersweet across a wide roast range, nut and caramel accents, cocoa-dusted almond, chocolate-covered pistachio, with notes of cocoa butter and sesame in the finish.
    • Roast level: Medium (City)
    • Our preferred brew method: espresso.
  • El Salvador Dry Process Finca San Luis: Pulpy fruit notes bring a rustic edge to deep, low toned bittersweetness, while low-acid and thick body help keep the focus on the intense cup flavors. Plum wine, dried date, dark cocoa, Brazil nut.
    • Roast level: Medium-Dark (City+)
    • Our preferred brew method: espresso, drip, french press, pour-over
  • Ethiopia Dry Process Guji Buku: Intensely fruited Guji extracts plump fruit and berry flavors, with strong spiced aromatic notes that bring out herbal/floral flair. Notes of blueberry, cooked peach, mixed melon salad, and fragrant rue.
    • Roast level: Dark (Full City)
    • Our preferred brew method: drip, french press, pour-over
